Our project focuses on the development of an automated acoustic production control system. The idea is to visualize frequency and volume of the sounds associated with a mass production process as images in several dimensions. The results should be compared with reference values and the software should eventually be able to decide independently which corrective steps need to be taken to get the production process back to its reference values.
