Our goal is to improve the energy efficiency of a vacuum cleaner. Our initial plan was to install a pushbutton and a relay circuit on the floor brush of the vacuum cleaner. This way the vacuum cleaner will only use electricity when it is supposed to clean and not when the vacuum cleaner is being carried from one room to another.
