We set ourselves the goal to allow two people to watch two different programmes simultaneously on the same TV. Initially, we studied different types of TVs and discovered 3D TVs that use active shutter 3D glasses. We decided to modify two pairs of active 3D glasses in a way that ensures that one pair of glasses is transparent while the other is opaque. This must happen alternatingly and synchronized with the TV to allow two people to watch different programmes.
