Astronomy without Telescope

We study stars, planets and the sun without any telescope by analysing pictures that we take using a simple single-lens reflex camera (SLR). For example, we were able to create a map of stars and detect the different colours of stars using long exposure times (see 30 min exposure below). We also detected the apparent epicycle of mars, we studied the red sunset and we recorded a solar spectrum.
