Our aim is to develop an automatic beverage mixer that can reliably transport liquids using an innovative pump system and that can be operated easily using a browser. The innovative pump design, which is even suitable for corrosive liquids as it does not transport them through the pump, was already successfully implemented in last year's version. This avoids pump damage and significantly increases the service life of the device. Operation via any smartphone or tablet has also been successfully implemented. Functions were programmed that make it possible to select or adjust a preset drink or mix your own creations, which can also be saved and accessed again at a later date.
However, there was still extensive potential for improvements and the conversion from a prototype to a ready-to-sell product. These are described here.
