Improving Energy Storage with Nanotechnology

This project focuses on the use of nanotechnology for better energy storage. Nanotechnology can dramatically increase the surface area that is available for electrochemical reactions and the transfer of electrons. Therefore it can contribute to more powerful energy storage solutions.

I treated the electrodes in different ways and I was able to achieve a significant increase in performance. The integration of the improved electrodes into a redox flow cell led to some intriguing observations.
